According to these same sources, the Adani Electric Scooter costs Rs 70,000 or Rs 1 lakh (the sites are confused about this as well). So let's have a look at the spec sheet and see if the electric scooter is real or another hoax spread to gain some traffic.

According to the website that has the most extensive information about the Adani electric scooter, here is a list of features that the supposedly real model comes with:

• Digital cluster
• Alloy wheels with tubeless tyres
• Riding modes
• Regen braking
• Keyless start
• Mobile app connectivity
• Anti-theft alarm

These features are something you can expect on an electric scooter that is fairly priced, and are not just randomly written to make the scooter the best there is. Let's see some more info to see if the Adani electric scooter is real or not.

Adani Electric Scooter: Variants And Price

According to the same website, the Adani electric scooter comes in three variants, which are mentioned below:

• Standard: Rs 85,000
• Mid Range: Rs 1.05 lakh
• High End: Rs 1.30 lakh
• Top End: Rs 1.50 lakh

If you are a keen-eyed reader, you must have noticed that we wrote 3 variants above but mentioned four prices; that's because there is a small inconsistency present on the website. According to the website, there are four prices, but only three variants. Let's chalk it up to an honest mistake and check if the scooter exists on the OEM’s site.

It Does Not Exist

Well, that’s it. There are no mentions about these electric scooters in any of the Adani group’s businesses. Neither the company is planning to manufacture these on their own, nor have they planned for any collaboration with existing companies. The websites that claim the Adani electric scooter exists are either using AI images or edited photos of the Ola S1Z.

Can It Come Out?

This specific scooter is not coming out. However, there is a chance that the Adani group may launch electric vehicles in the future. Adani group currently owns Adani TotalEnergies, which is a collaboration with a French-based company. They have been involved in the EV industry by creating electric charger infrastructure all around the country. It is unlikely the company will scale this up into a fully fledge vehicle manufacturing subsidiary, but we cannot rule it out.

In short, the Adani Electric scooter doesn't exist, and a lunch is improbable. It was just another rumour spread to gain traction on some websites, similar to the story about a Patanjali Electric scooter, which we debunked earlier.
