Home / New Bajaj Chetak 3503 Launched in India – Price, Range & Features
Bajaj Auto has launched the Chetak, a budget electric scooter. The new Chetak 3503 was introduced some months after the launch of the Chetak 35 series.
Bajaj Auto has introduced a new variant in the recently launched Chetak 35 series. The New Chetak 3503 comes in at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.10 lakh, making it the most affordable price in the 35 series. It adds strength to the legendary Chetak design in conjunction with the sturdy metal body, even as the lowest model.
It is powered by the same 3.5 kWh battery pack as the more expensive trims, which returns a claimed range of 155 km and a top speed of 63 kmph. Charging from 0–80% takes approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes.
Even though Bajaj Chetak 3502 is the lowest in the family, it boasts a fair complement of features that sit well with the daily commuting needs of city driving. Features a color LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth-enabled connectivity for music and call controls while on the road. Superlative versatility is available to riders as they are also provided with hill hold assist and two riding modes, namely Eco and Sports. There are full LED headlights on the 3503 for better visibility; it omits expensive features like touchscreen screen, sequential indicators, and front disc brakes, yet Sachinder gives it a tech-savvy, value-based experience without compromising on premium Chetak metal body construction.
The Chetak 3503 is available in four shades – Indigo Blue, Brooklyn Black, Cyber White, and Matt Grey. The new-gen model of the series will compete directly with models like TVS iQube 3.4, Ola S1X+, and Ather Rizta S in the Indian market. The bookings are open, though, and the deliveries will start from the first week of May 2025.
