Maruti has finally joined the list of carmakers that have declared they will be passing the GST benefits onto the customers. While all of its offerings see a significant price drop, Maruti Suzuki Brezza sees the second-highest drop, with savings of up to Rs 1.12 lakh. Below are the old and new starting prices, along with the maximum savings that can be had on the Maruti Suzuki Brezza due to GST 2.0

Maruti Suzuki Brezza Price: GST 2.0

• The price cut makes the Brezza a strong competitor in the sub-4m segment.
• The Brezza will have a new starting price of Rs 8.25 lakh, which will be applicable from 22nd September 2025.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza Summary:

Maruti Suzuki Brezza is a sub-4m SUV which is powered by a 1.5-litre hybrid petrol engine that delivers 100.6 PS and up to 139 Nm. A CNG powertrain with the same engine is also available which has a fuel efficiency of 25.51 km/kg.

The feature list of Brezza includes cruise control, 9-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 4 speaker 2 tweeters, sunroof, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, headup display and keyless entry.

Safety suite includes 6 airbags (as standard),360 degree camera, rear defogger, hill hold assist, automatic day-night IRVM and ESP.

Under the old GST slabs, the Brezza attracted a total tax of 45% (28% GST + 17% Cess). With the new reforms Brezza will be taxed at a flat 40% GST, a 5% drop in tax for the sub-4m SUV.
