Maruti Suzuki officially declared their intentions to pass on the GST benefits to customers. The carmaker provided new starting prices for its entire portfolio, along with the maximum price cut applicable to the model. In this article, we discuss the old and new starting prices of Maruti Fronx, a compact crossover, along with the maximum price cut due to GST 2.0.

Maruti Suzuki Fronx Price: GST 2.0

• Maruti Fronx will attract a price cut of up to Rs 1.12 lakh, which is the third highest behind S-Presso and Brezza.
• The new starting price of Rs 6.85 lakh will apply from 22nd September 2025.

Maruti Suzuki Fronx: Overview

The Maruti Fronx comes with two engine options: a 1-litre turbo petrol with an output of 100.06 PS and 147.6 Nm and a 1.2-litre petrol engine that delivers 89.73 PS and 113 Nm. A third CNG powertrain is also available paired with the 1.2-litre engine, which has a fuel efficiency of 28.51 km/kg.

The feature list of Fronx is populated by a heads-up display, a 9-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 6-speaker system, a wireless phone charger, powered ORVMs, push button start stop, keyless entry and auto AC with rear vents.

Safety is taken care of with the help of 6 airbags (as standard), 360-degree camera, electronic stability program, ISOFIX child seat anchors, hill hold assist, automatic day night IRVM and reverse parking sensors.
