Tata Altroz Old Vs New: More Modern Inside And Out

Tata recently showcased the facelifted Altroz, which is set to launch on May 22,2025. The new Altroz gets a more modern design and comes with some new features. If you are interested in the facelifted hatchback, here is a quick look at what the 2025 Tata Altroz gets over the old Altroz.
Revamped Exterior

The fascia of the new Altroz is more aggressive thanks to the sharp LED headlights, DRLs and fog lamps. The old Altroz, on the other hand, featured large projector headlamps and chunky fog lamps. The new Altroz misses out on the silver inserts but instead gets a different design for the bumper.
The biggest difference when the side is considered is the addition of flush door handles on the new Tata Altroz while the rear door handles remain on the C pillar. The turn indicators are mounted on the ORVMs in the new Altroz, while the older model had them on the fender. The new Altroz gets a fresh set of alloy wheels with a windmill-shaped design.

The rear of the new Altroz gets connected taillamps, while the old Altroz featured split halogen lights. The new Altroz also gets a redesigned bumper which makes the premium hatchback look more rugged when compared to the old Altroz.
Modern Interior

The cabin of the new Altroz looks very different from the old one. The dashboard is offered in a dual-tone theme with design elements giving it a more modern look than before. The 10.25-inch touchscreen has been redesigned, which complements the new sharper and modern look of the Altroz. It gets a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, whereas the older model came with a three-spoke steering wheel.
The new Altroz features a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, while the old Altroz came with a 7-inch unit. The seat upholstery is now offered in a beige tone instead of black. The design of the door handle and padded armrest remains the same.
New Features
The new feature is limited to a larger digital driver's display (10.25 inches instead of 7 inches). While the 2025 Altroz gets a new touch-based control panel for the auto AC, the feature itself was already present on the old Altroz. A wireless phone charger, an 8-speaker sound system, rear AC vents, auto-folding ORVMs, a sunroof and a 360-degree camera will be carried over to the new Altroz from the outgoing model.

| Torque | 115 Nm | 103 Nm | 200 Nm |
| Transmission | 5-speed manual / 6-speed dual clutch transmission | 5-speed manual | 5-speed manual |
Expected Price
